Thanks for reaching out. You'll just need to call us on 13 22 00 and when prompted say 'disconnect'. Our team will be able to have this cancelled for you. They're available Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and weekends 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
