Hi @Katrina25, unfortunately, nobody on Crowd Support has access to customers accounts, you can live chat with Telstra directly here.

Or if you prefer you can call 13 22 00 and say 'Credit Management'

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
