Hottest entertainment bundle overcharge

I have moved houses along with my telstra adsl, foxtel and home phone which i changed to $99 hottest entertainment nbn bundle.
My previous bill charged me $168 for gateway modem plus $59 transfer to new address self install fee ontop of standard charges.
My current bill charged me for $168 gateway again plus $89 activation fee and $100 foxtel install ontop of standard charges.
I called telstra and they removed the $168 charge for gateway then put me through to nbn team to remove the $89 activation fee. They refused to remove it stating that the $59 charge of move address self install was wrong and the $89 charge stands.
If you go to telstra hottest entertainment bundle on net and click on critical information summary, it clearly states $89 activation fee is for new telstra customers only. It also says to go to telstra.com.au/moving/home for any extra moving charges which i did and click on (home phone + broadband move it all self install) it clearly states $59 for adsl, velocity,cable or nbn and home phone.
I am extremely frustrated, any advice on how to deal with problem or get in touch with an Australian call centre would be great.
