How Do I Change the Email Address Used for Bill Arrival Notifications?

I have received an email titled "Telstra Bill - Arrival Notification" with the message like that below.

 

This was sent to the email address I use for my user ID (*@bigpond.net.au) and not the email address specified under "Bill Delivery & Reminders" section of My Account.

 

Can someone suggest how to change this please?

Hi John, firstly could I suggest that you go back and EDIT your question to remove your personal details eg: account bnumber etc. NOT a good idea to display them on a public forum mate.

 

If you go to the following link http://www.telstra.com.au/account-services/ and select Billing and payment tasks and then on that page select Úpdate Billing address',  and see how you go.

 

If that doesn't suit your could try Telstra Live CChat at thisd link and they should be able to attend to this for you. https://livechat.telstra.com/TCOM:Crowdsupport:Consumer Select Accounts & billing.

Rest assured Jeff that all my personal information was altered before posting my question, but thanks for pointing that out.

 

The settings under Billling Address were already set to what I wanted, so it had to be something else.

 

I jumped on Chat and they were able to fix it up for me. Sounds like there was an additional email address somewhere that was being used.
