I have searched through my on-line account details and where it says "Manage" for Telstra Platinum (which is where I would expect a cancellation request would be available) there is no obvious way to cancel this feature. Any help?

Ring 132200 and request to speak to the disconnections team,
Currently no way to disconnect telstra platinum online as far as I know, you have to ring up
And you may already have free access to it as well (through Telstra Plus).
Are you currently being billed for it?
