My broadband, home phone and mobile account was recently disconnected due to long running 6month billing and accounts issue i was having with telstra. I ended up raising a complaint with the TIO, and the case manager i'm talking to is currently in the process of re-activating my accounts and getting me back online
Its been a week since all this has happened and i'm wondering what the hell is taking so god damn long? i'm an existing customer, their is no installation that needs to be done, no setting up,nothing. How much longer should i be expected to wait? with the amount of time that has passed, i could of gotten setup with any other broadband provider which i am now contemplating on doing. Seriously, guys - how much longer?
