Hello, I have been paying off a telstra bill that I incurred a while ago. I pay X amount each week but don't know how to check how much I have left to pay or what other payment options I have. I occasionally get an email from Telstra Solutions Impact Financial Services reminding me that my payment is coming up, however I haven't had a reminder email since the 09/11/18.I am still get X amount deducted from my account on a weekly basis. I have a reference number but no other contact or help details on the email. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!
I would suggest speaking to credit management bycalling 13 22 00 and say “credit management” as they will be the team base suited to look into the matter further, or connect you to the appropriate group to help further.
