I called and disconnected my Landline, still being charged on most recent bill?

I called on 21st November to confirm my land line was disconnected after switching to another company on the 6th.

My bill has just come in, with a full month of line rental for my home phone (billing period, 10 Nov - 9 Dec)

I still see my home phone on my account when I log in to check as well.

Is this normal to have to follow up like this? who can actually help me rectify the billing error?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help
