I left Telstra. Why am I still receiving bills?

With the switch to NBN I switched to another provider. I am still receiving monthly bills from Telstra showing my account in credit. How do I collect the credit and stop the bills?

Thanks for reaching out. Generally speaking, if there are no services being billed against the account and the account remains in credit, this will be issued to you as a cheque refund a month or so after the account has been closed. This is an automatic process, but if you wanted to confirm this with our Billing team, you can do so by contacting them at one of the following contact methods: https://tel.st/zhnj2
