I'm unable to view all my services from My Account and the 24x7 App, how do I fix this?

Given I am still receive only one bill for the services and the services are still in operation I assume that someone has screwed up my identity while migrating data or something, can someone please fix it. All services should be under the one Account number.

You will need to call 132200 and speak to the consultants there as nobody on this forum can access customer accounts.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
