Looks like a scam email
If any email purporting to be from Telstra (or a Bank, Electricity, Gas Company, etc) asks you to click on a link, you should always treat it as a scam email.
Always access your account by typing in the official website address of the company and then navigating to the accounts section.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
