Incorrect billing address

Hi there, I keep getting mail addressed to people who I have never heard of and I know have never lived at my address. I keep returning to sender marking them unknown at this address and mail continually arrives. I know some of the envelopes have been from recovery agencies. How can I stop all this mail being sent incorrectly to my address.

Hi Flip, 

 

Thanks for using Crowd Support. Due to privacy you wont be able to have the address changed sorry. We would need the account holder to contact us to remove this option. It is best to continue to return to sender for all mail addressed to them.
