Internet billing

Hi, I was just wanting to know what is right. I’ve just been charged for my monthly internet bundle from March so 6 months behind all in one bill. How is this fair all at once?

Sorry to read about your disappointment in the 6 months of charges that you have received all in one bill. I can understand why this would be confusing and frustrating.


Over the last 6 months have you noticed that you have not been receiving your monthly invoices? Have you been able to chat with the billing team to see if they can offer an explanation?
