Internet outages. Confirmed by telstra.

Answered
Hi. We have been experiencing internet/telstra tv outages for a few weeks now. Today telstra confirmed that someone has damaged the line and they estimate abt another week to fix. Can anyone advise me as to how i can get a pro rata refund on my bill for the outage and was it easy to do. Many thanks, blessings )0(
