I know I have posted a graphical tutorial for getting to the itemised unbilled call usage, a couple of months ago here on CrowdSupport. Let's see…

As for itemised calls for previous bill periods, they should be listed on your detailed bills (in PDF format):

I'm assuming that you're using the online My Account, and not the mobile or Facebook apps?

 

Once you log into the online version, you will get to the overview page. Down the left hand side is a list of your services, click on your home phone number, then click on "Calls & charges since last bill" over the right hand side. You will then either see your usage, or you will see another list of your services, if so, just click on your phone number again and away you go!

Are you referring to yet-to-be-billed calls (made during the current, not-yet-concluded bill period), or calls made during past bill periods?

Are you looking to see the "Yet to be billed" calls or the calls from your previous statements ?
