Late fee charged in error

I have just checked my Telstra app and I’ve been charged a $15 late fee when my bill shouldn’t be due until the 19th of this month. I even have proof that I’ve paid on the 19th of every month, and my app is saying I was supposed to pay on the 15th. This is not correct. How can I get my money back?

The due date of bills does not fall on exactly the same day each month. It usually floats around a one week period.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

the late fee charge that you see on your latest bill is from your last bill w/c you have not paid on the due date. every time you get a late fee you have to check the last month bill due date and payment date.
