If I am late paying Bill's, will telstra switch off my whole phone aswell as my services?

Most bills are due 14 days from when they’re sent. If you don’t pay your bill on time, we may charge you a late fee or refer your unpaid bill to a collection agency, which may have an impact on your credit rating. We can also suspend or cancel some or all of the services on your unpaid bill. You’ll need to pay a fee to have them reconnected once you’ve paid your bill. If you think you’ll have trouble paying your bill on time, you should call us on 132200 or live chat https://tel.st/wv4cc as soon as possible so we can let you know your options such as a payment extension https://tel.st/drt4t.
