My Account information

This is for Telstra. Not for me. When i log on to My Account it should say what plan i am on so i can see if i need to change.  It is difficult to navigate to discover my current plan.  Like many users we have busy lives and can't remember what we have signed up to.  Telstra, this would be simple to do and i might increase business for you.

If you click on your device it should show the plan and a drop down next to it gives you plan options.
