My mobil WI-FI

After running out of money I recharged my mobile WI-FI at Telstra recharging page and got my recharging verifyed. Still there is no possibility to connect my devices to the router. I have tryed to reconnect via the Security card but neither my IPhone ore my computer finds the Mobile WI-FI. Any sugestions?

I assume that you tried resetting the mobile wifi device? If this didn't work then I would suggest speaking to Mobile Faults on 13 22 00 for assistance.
