Needing details of suddenly increased bill x 4

I FAILED - to get the call centre to issue a detailed bill which would help explain why it suddenly jumped from circa $50 a month to $200. I was told "such information was confidential" and unavailable. The service centre in the shopping mall could not provide this info and referred me to the call centre for the detailed bill. SURELY this is not the reality. Can anyone help???

Log in to your account via https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home and you should be able to see the detailed bill.

The call centre is wrong and the details of your bill are not confidential, they are obliged to explain to you the costings.

You can also chat online to a consultant via https://livechat.telstra.com and they would be able to explain the charges on your bill.

If you don't get anywhere via those methods, lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
