My wireless prepaid broadband device will not connect at all. Network must be down. Please fix it. Could you disconnect my services and start fresh as I am having a lot of issues. Now I am getting someone else's calls to my phone and mobile. You need to fix mobile broadband. My phone disconnects and can not hear me when I speak on mobile? I am not getting any where. Please pass this on to someone that nos what they are doing. It's so frustrating. I have been talking to a brick wall as it is not getting any where
