No access to billing

I can log in to my account but it says You could not be logged in to Online Billing.

This has been the case for some weeks and I cannot find the suggested alternative of adding another account.

Is there some way to overcome this?

I did that Ivan  (Live Chat) and hey presto, problem solved!

It appears (perhaps after a computer clean install) I was not registered.

All good, kudos to Telstra Smiley Happy
