Is this happening to anyone else? I'm being asked to pay for last 3 months (over $600) for bills I've not been provided! I usually get bills emailed each month and have direct debited. However this huge amount have suddenly hit this month (December) as 3 consecutive bills at once requesting payment. When I logged on to myAccount I cannot see details of these bills either. I talked to someone in customer care all she told was there was something wrong with the billing with an option to either hold the billing till January or wait for few days till bills are generated.
My problem is part of this bill is claimed by my wife from her work place for her mobile services. Without a bill she's unable to claim. Also this kind of issues with Telstra billing is creating problems for us if suddenly asked ti pay for no fault of ours. Can someone help?
