Not receiving a confirmation email for new phone plan
This afternoon I chose a phone plan for a new iPhone Xr and at the end of the ordering process, the page had an error. Money ($1) for confirmation has been taken out but I have not received an email at all confirming my order.
will I receive a confirmation any time soon? or when the order is shipped?
apologies if this was written poorly, I couldn't really word it another way, haha.
