Numbers missing

Answered

I noticed that my mobile bills when I download from my account do not list the numbers I have called.  I am trying to backtrack and find when I made calls to an international number from June to September but they are not listed even though there are lists of volumes on the bills.  How do I work out what the numbers I called are from previous bills?

Thanks

Re: Numbers missing

You need to sign in to https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home

Then click on "Your Bill" in the Blue Bar on the right, above your current bill amount.

Then click on "View Detailed Bill"

Then, on the right hand side of the next screen, select the month that you want, then "Full Itemised Usage - CSV" in the "Download/Print Bill" Section.

You can then open the CSV file in Excel, or view it in the text editor on your computer if you don't have a spreadsheet application.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
