Order estimate

I have recieved my order estimate for my new plan.
I was on a mobile swap plan but now my current contract has ended and i chose to upgrade to a new phone and new plan. I have to return my old phone, but my order estimate is showing just over a $400 fee for the phone i need to return. I thought i had 14 days to return it, and why should i be charged for it if it is returned.

It may include the cost if the Handset is not returned chat to a Billing Team Member who will be able to access your order and address your concerns  https://tel.st/8zjc8
