Overdue

My last mouths bill is $90,and I have pay $180 before the overdue date. But when I log on the app Telstra24*7,it show a sentence in red colour:overdue amount from last bill:$90.00.
My have paid the bill through commwealth BPAY and Paypal before duedate. And I am in China now,I can't call to Telstra servises.
Is there method to solve it?

While overseas you can contact Telstra on +61 439 125 109, this is a free call from a Telstra phone.

No one on Crowd Support has account access to assist you.
