I have just received a bill; which has had premium speed boost added to it for $30 per month. I didn’t ask for anything to change, does anybody know why/how TELSTRA just adds extra costs to bills?

Hi Brett51, I too have received the same bill with a new Premium Speed Boost $20 charge. This is the first time in over 12 months of bills. I will be contacting Telstra (the Chat line isn't working very well tonight (technical issues) them but I suggest others look very closely at their bills
