Paper Bill Charge

If I switch to having my Telstra bill sent by email, can I later change back to a paper bill in future, if I choose, if circumstances change?

Hi Dale, yes you can change back if you wish. You would be able to do it through your My Account page, or use the form at the following link: https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/switchToPaper  if you found your circumstances changed.

Ooops, sorry, yes you would need to be signed into your account and already have your bill on email, keep forgetting that I'm auto signed in to some of these things sometimes.
