I have been paying by Pay view with my Bank account for a few years and, not sure if due to outage the other week, but account is due next week and not showing. Should be there by now but will it come before due date?
I don't think Telstra have control over the BPAY View system. That is a function of BPAY and your bank.
My suggestion would be to make sure you sign up to a Telstra My Account, and perhaps setup online billing through there. You can also check your outstanding balance in the interim via this service should you not wish to receive your bills directly from Telstra.
