Hi my phone is set to be cut off as I have an outstanding payment overdue, but I’ve recently had to have surgery and haven’t been able to work therefore haven’t been receiving any money, so I’m unable to pay the outstanding amount,
wondering if I could set up a payment plan or have another extension until I get the money saved up so I can pay it without my phone getting cut off as I still need to use it, I’ve tried contacting Telstra and gone into a store but no one has responded

Although, calling billing on 13 22 00 or 24/7 chat https://tel.st/t65yg should've also worked.
Ask for Credit Management or Hardship if you call 132200. Going in to a store isn't going to help as they can't do anything for requests for extension or hardship.
