Receiving email allegedly from Telstra (of course this is false as I don't have a direct debit) so I'm warning others who do have a direct debit set up that this email from Telstra although looking like it is for Telstra, isn't.
The email goes as follows :-
UNSUCCESSFUL TELSTRA DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT
We’ve been advised by your financial institution that your recent Auto Credit Card Direct Debit has not been processed.
Please pay your bill and update your details to avoid additional fees. You can do this by visiting telstra.com/MyAccount. .
If you’ve recently contacted us regarding this payment failure, thanks and please disregard this email.
