If you log in to Telstra My Account and click on your service it should display the contract end date of the service.

You should go into My Account click on the actual service and follow the prompts to your contract details.

I know exactly how you feel mate, only too well.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
