On the 13th March I requested that the Platinum Service at $10 per month be CANCELLED. This has not been done. I have paid my bill in April (including the $10) and ask you “again” to please CANCEL it. TELSTRA owes me $10. You will see that I have been with Telstra for many many years and would rather not change, but if you are going to mess me around like this then I will be thinking about it. PLEASE CANCEL THE $10 Platinum Service on my account and credit me with $10 on my next bill. Thank you.
