Absolutely agree. You have agreed to pay a fee of up to $15.00 should a bill not be paid by the due date. It was your decision to enter into an agreement with a Service Provider who chooses to charge this fee.


I am aware of at least 1 other service provider that A) requires Direct Debit and B) will immediately suspend your services should the charges not be paid by the due date and C) charge you a reconnection fee for those services.
