Received bill arrive email but can’t see bill

Hi I have received a bill arrival email but when I log into my account to view the account doesn’t appear.

I'm sorry that there have been issues with being able to access this invoice online and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad If there has been an invoice generated then this should be available for viewing via the Telstra 24/7 App or My Account service at
