Recent charges

Hi. I’ve just been checking over my mobile plan, it has a list of recent charges including national to Telstra mobiles and national. It states these amount are before my plan charges. I’m wondering what this is, it’s quite a large amount

Essentially the charges will build up then any allowance on your plan will be removed from that amount.

As an example if you have a plan that has $1 per min for calls, and you get $1000 worth of included calls, you make 80 calls over the month and it shows $876, you will be charged nothing extra as it is under your included. The next month you do 90 calls and have $1018 of calls, you will have $1000 deducted and be charged the $18 difference.
