Reconnection

Hi - I had a restricted internet service for an unpaid bill which has now been paid. I let Telstra know of the payment and the website said we would be reconnected within 2 hours but this hasn’t happened yet?

You don't say how long you've been waiting.I think it's reasonable to ring accounts or use Live Chat after 24 hours.
