I made a payment on my telstra app, it said that i still owed the amount that i payed so i sent through another payment. how do i receive a refund for the second payment?

If you would like to have the amount refunded, please speak with our billing team on 132200 or live chat here https://tel.st/rsyc3. They can arrange this for you.
Alternatively, if you leave the extra payment on your account, this will go into credit on your bill and you next month bill will be taken out of the amount in credit.
