As the subject reads, how can I remove a prepaid service from my account?

I don't think you can do that. You can probably ask to have the pre-paid service in question moved to a separate, new billing account that is under your name. However, your Telstra Online Services account is meant to correspond to you as a customer (in the capacity of a legal entity), who may have multiple billing accounts, and when you log in it will pick up all of your billing accounts and present the services on separate accounts on different ‘pages’ in your browser.

 

(Note: The Telstra 24×7 app on the iPad will present all services from all billing accounts in your name together.)

I'm assuming you want it disconnected? Easiest way is to call 13 22 00, say prepaid and ask them to disconnect the service.
