Retry Billing

Hi there, is there an opt-in for direct debit payment retries? I had a circumstance where my credit card payment failed and then had to go through the email + courtesy phone call rigmarole. It would be good if, like other service providers (e.g. IINET), you could just re-attempt the charge in a couple of days.

For future reference, we have a specific direct debit who would have been able to assist with these enquiries on 132200 between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri.
