I returned my set top box back in January. I'm still waiting for the $300 equipment cost to be credited back to the account.
Have rung telstra 3 times only to be told it can take 2 billing cycles to be applied. Here we are 3 months down the track and still no credit.
God help me if I don't pay my bill on time, you charge me a late fee. I'm wanting to know where to send the invoice for my time wasted speaking to people who can't understand ,are unhelpful and for not providing a decent support service.
I've spent in excess of 4 hours on the phone trying to get this stupid mess sorted, not to mention checking bills and online chats.
