Returning the Foxtel set top box

I returned my set top box back in January. I'm still waiting for the $300 equipment cost to be credited back to the account.

Have rung telstra 3 times only to be told it can take 2 billing cycles to be applied. Here we are 3 months down the track and still no credit.

 

God help me if I don't pay my bill on time, you charge me a late fee. I'm wanting to know where to send the invoice for my time wasted speaking to people who can't understand ,are unhelpful and for not providing a decent support service.

 

I've spent in excess of 4 hours on the phone trying to get this stupid mess sorted, not to mention checking bills and online chats.

Have you got the receipt from the Post Office from when you sent it back? That will help Foxtel (which s where is ends up) track it down, and act as proof that you sent it back.

You can lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
