We have poor mobile and NBN service, you should have left us on ADSL 2 and Premium Tech gives us NO advantage

Telstra has no control over the NBN (once NBN becomes available in an area, Telstra is no longer allowed to provide ADSL based services).
As far as cancelling any subscription that you have, you will need to either give 132200 a call or use Livechat.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
