Sudden Increase in billing

I have just received my Telstra Bill which is at least $26 more than expected.

I notice that these calls are all from my fixed landline <Removed for your privacy>

Most of them are on the 18th & 19th March when we had no mobile coverage due to the services being damaged in the Tathra fires in our area.

Further - my previous bills show landline calls as "included" (except 13 numbers which is ridiculous as they are supposedly free calls).

Re: Sudden Increase in billing

Hi Rick,

Please don't post your home phone number, you'll get unwanted calls from strangers. I've notified a Moderator to remove it.

You'll need to contact Telstra Billing directly either via Live Chat
https://www.telstra.com.au/chatnow/landing?pageId=https%3a%2f%2flivechat.telstra.com%2f
Or ring 132200, they'll be able to reimburse you if you've been overcharged.
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
