The charge for the Foxtel portion of my bundle has increased by almost 30$ over the past 3 months without me receiveing any notification of a change or making any changes to my account. It appears an item called "Foxtel Platinum HD Offer" has suddenly vanished which seems to have been present for the past couple of years. An extra 30$ is emnough for me to cut Foxtel off can you please explain? I figure I will need to call but was trying to avoid an hour on hold.
