Why is Telstra a business that I cannot email directly. Whenever I want to query an issue I am forced to do it as a complaint, because it is better written out than said on the phone. Then despite me selecting the option for email communication, it NEVER happens that way. I get a complaint acknowledgement that I cannot reply to and usually a phone call from someone that does not understand nor solve the issue and who I often can't get back to. Very poor customer service! Common on, do something about it Telstra
Is there anything I can assist with that does not require account access? eg technical issue?
