Why id the rest of the telstra live chat window blank after this : "Welcome toTelstra 24x7 Chat Please select the product your enquiry relates to" ?? Been this way for at least a couple of weeks.

Oh that is very strange. Definitely not good to hear. Are you able to clear your clache and then try again ? 

And is there something that I can assist you with?
