Telstra Platinum


I have called about why I'm being charged $15 for "Service Subscription" each month and have not had the issue resolved.  It was going to be taken off but it still keeps on showing up on my account.  Could you please advise as to what this charge is and why I'm being charged it when it was supposed to be taken off after numerous calls to Telstra
