I am stunned to say the least that I have been billed for a service that i am not even subscribed to anymore. I cancelled my smartcommunity account for my previous residence in september 2019 and I have received yet again another bill for that former residence.
when will someone wake up and fix this error.
I will never ever use telstra again now for the rest of my life.

If you have already rung 132200 to try and get it fixed, lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints
It wont get fixed unless you make contact with Telstra, they cant read your mind.
132200, request to speak to the disconnections team, if they can see that there was a previous request for disconnection and theres been no substantial usage, they should credit the amount back.
