I will never pay against electronic bills, as advised when I signed up to Telstra. There are far too many fraudsters imitating very successfully major service providers including Telstra. You simply cannot guarantee the security of my payment or data!
Do not claim that I have not paid mt invoice when you have not sent the requested paper invoice.
